Maintenance for the Tampa area is amazing. We are in Valrico, and probably had every member of the team out by now at some point. They have all been communicative, prompt and super, super helpful. We don’t have much if any contact with a property manager, and that’s a little unsettling. But so far, our experiences have been superior. We have not been in the home for a year yet, but we have encountered various small issues, all of which have been addressed with professionalism and care by the maintenance crew.

We just moved into our new home at the beginning of the month. There were a few small maintenance repairs that needed to be done. Alex, came out to our house and took care of all of them at once. He was thorough making sure it was all taken care of, including running out to the store to get supplies he needed. He kept me informed along the process and was great!

Kurt & Carl absolutely amazing, very happy with the work they do . They even fixed my door while they were here! Now I feel safer in my home ;) They are the best. Made me laugh almost the whole time

I spoke with Sean Cowan on 2/10/26 and he was exceptional!! He is very knowledgeable, patient and extremely kind. He answered all the questions I had and he made things so much better. Was having trouble with our water heater in rental. Chris came out. Flushed and filled the tank. Replaced the thermostat. Was knowledgeable, competent, clean and timely.

Shannon H. with FirstKey Homes was absolutely awesome to work with and went above and beyond during our service visit. He showed up promptly, quickly diagnosed the issues, and handled multiple repairs with confidence and skill, including fixing the dishwasher and repairing the electrical box to restore the refrigerator breaker. His professionalism, knowledge, and positive attitude made the whole experience stress-free. It’s rare to see someone take this much pride in their work Shannon truly knocked it out of the park. I only wish he had not gotten sick on his recent vacation, sorry man haha! (This was his third fix at our home, we’ve been here for years.)

Dore attended to a Maintenance request I submitted regarding my stove top no longer functioning. He was professional throughout the process. When he called to inform me of his arrival time, I mentioned not being able to be there for another 45 minutes. He was very understanding and accommodated my schedule without any inconvenience. He arrived promptly presenting a positive attitude and maintaining a courteous demeanor. Dore communicated the issues and the steps involved to making the repair. When I was on the phone and he needed to use the vacuum, he informed me of the noise and asked for my permission to proceed, demonstrating respect and consideration. His professionalism and Customer Service were exemplary. I would be pleased to have him handle future maintenance requests. Thank you, Dore.

I want to give a huge thank you to the maintenance technician at FirstKey Homes. He recently replaced our dishwasher and smoke alarm, and the whole experience was excellent. He arrived on time, was very professional, and worked efficiently while still paying attention to detail. He made sure both the dishwasher and smoke alarm were installed properly and fully functioning before he left. He also cleaned up everything afterward and answered any questions I had. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and truly cares about doing the job right. We really appreciate the prompt and quality service!
